One of the many things that is really exciting about this year's
Shipley Street Arts Festival is the fact that we've been able to link with lots of really great companies and organisations. Not only are we commissioning and presenting the opening shows of
2Faced Dance's international tour of KAPOW!, and working closely with local businesses like
Fox and the Magpie,
Tulip Toppers, we're also linking with some other great festivals in Yorkshire, like
Saltaire Festival and
Leeds Waterfront Festival.
We're proud to announce that Seven Bridges is providing a fantastic link between Shipley Street Arts Festival and Leeds Waterfront Festival - bringing together the watery themes of both events (our theme this year is Rivers and Canals).
This promenading performance of an interactive storytelling tour is being featured at both festivals - and is presented by
Multi-Story Water.
